Admiral’s Quay Public Consultation

Admiral's Quay Consultation Leaflet - Front Side A public consultation on the future of Admiral’s Quay is to take place on Saturday 4th June between 9.30am and 5.00pm at the Mocha Marina Coffee Shop. Allied Developments, who recently purchased the derelict site from Barratt Homes, will be discussing the previously postponed Phase 2 development of Admiral’s Quay.

Leaflets advertising this event have been placed in Mocha Marina Coffee and have also apparently also been sent out to all properties within the Ocean Village Marina. At the time of writing I have not received this leaflet in my mailbox and would be interested to hear if anyone else has.

The leaflet also indicates that Allied Developments will be working alongside Southampton City Council and HGP Architects. It is noteworthy that HGP are involved as they have been involved in some other prestigious developments in Portsmouth such as Gunwharf Quay, Spinnaker Tower and the Royal Naval Museum.

The reverse side of the leaflet also provides you with the opportunity to send in feedback and to register an interest in the development so as to be kept informed with future updates.

For your convenience you can also download the Admiral’s Quay Consultation Leaflet

We have also reached out to Allied Developments and HGP Architects and asked if they would be happy to keep us updated so that we can share updates with the community.

It would be great to get your views on this – please don’t hesitate to leave a comment below.
