A Coffee Shop Returns and More….

Mocha Coffee Returns to Ocean VillageBack in July 2009 the Mocha Marina Coffee Company opened it’s doors. It occupied the original Intercontinental Ticket Office in Ocean Village previously used as a sales office for Wilson Bowden homes when Admiral’s Quay was still being developed.

From what I can gather the shop had to close during the summer of 2010 when it appeared that Barrat Homes, the then owners of the site, appeared to be getting ready to re-open a sales office. While the coffee shop was shut the sales office never did open and Barratt later sold the site to Southampton based Allied Developments.

Now the coffee shop appears to be making a welcome return to Ocean Village. And this time they have company. As well as the coffee shop it appears we will also be getting a gym (C.T. Fitness Gym) and a beauty parlour (Vikki Pink).
