Initial site investigations for Harbour Hotel development

MDL Marinas has advised us that the main surface car park at Ocean Village (between the Admiral’s Quay development and the Harbour Lights Picturehouse) will be closed for a period of 3-4 weeks commencing 11th November 2013. The closure will allow the initial site investigations for the Southampton Harbour Hotel development to take place.
We are pleased to advise that MDL has now entered into an Agreement for Lease with Southampton Harbour Hotel Ltd for the site of the hotel and adjacent mixed use scheme with a view to the development commencing in 2014. [...] Prior to Southampton Harbour Hotel Ltd taking possession of the site and proceeding with the development they require to undertake a range of site investigations, which will enable them to finalise the detailed structural design of the development.

Alternative Parking Arrangements
- Alternative parking is available in the multi-storey Ocean Car Park on Ocean Way (by Neptune Way) which is charged at the same tariff as the surface car park.
- If you are an existing car park permit holder and normally park in the surface car park, please contact the Marina Office in person (or by email at: d.burns@mdlmarinas.co.uk) who will be happy to issue you with a temporary access ticket to the multi-storey car park.
